To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods and personalized items.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. For exchanges, we will send out the replacement item as soon as possible.
